Our teams strive to accommodate every client who visits us, but we cannot always guarantee availability, particularly over the weekend. Our showrooms accept most major debit and credit cards, as well as cash and bank transfers. Under the regulations 'Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on Payer) Regulations 2017' our showrooms are unable to accept cash payments of more than €10,000 (or equivalent in any currency) either as a single cash payment or as a series of smaller payments relating to a single transaction. Should you wish to pay via bank transfer, your chosen item will be available for collection upon cleared receipt of the funds into our account.

Each of our dedicated showroom teams strives to ensure that you are happy with your chosen item at point of purchase, showcasing all the options available to you. Unfortunately, our showrooms are unable to offer refunds on any product purchased in-store. We can offer an exchange or a credit note for any unworn item, returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. If you purchased your chosen product online, you are entitled to a full refund if the item is returned to us, in unworn condition, within 14 days of purchase.
